Key Features of Linked Electronics' PCB Fab and PCB SMT Service.
1. Single Sided and Double Sided PCB
Aluminum PCB board is the PCB board with aluminum core which has very good heat radiation than traditional FR4 PCB. Normally there are 3 layers for single sided aluminum PCB, traces layer( copper layer), isulating layer and aluminum core. For double sided aluminum PCB, there are will be two more layers of isulating and copper on the other side.
Linked Electronics can finish aluminum PCB at the thickness of 3.0mm and thermoconductivity from 1.0W~3W. FR4 and AL mixed laminated PCB is also within our capabilty.
2. FR4 Electronic PCB Board
This is what most traditional PCB manufacture do, and Linked Electronic can manufacture PCBs as high as 32 layers. We are a high mix, low volume and small batches PCB manufacture. Quick turn PCB of 2 layers can be finished in just 12 hours and mutliayer in 2 working days.
Smallest holes: 0.1mm
Traces W/S: 3mil/3mil
3. Ceramic PCB board.
This is generally refers to Rogers PCBs, which is most frequency used in commucation industries due to its characterictics such as stable temperature, great permittivity
Currenty at Linked Electronics, we can finish Rogers PCB up to 6 layers, FR4 and Rogers mixed PCB up to 8 layers.
4. FPC
FPC is refers to flexiable printed circuit board,, it is light in weight, thin in thickness. Also due to its flexiable shape in forms, it is now widely used in consumer electronic products.
Linked Electronics can built FPC up to 8 layers, board thickness from 0.06mm ~ 0.4mm, traces w/s 2mil. copper weight from 0.33~2oz
5. Rigid Flex PCB.
Rigid Flex PCB is mixed lamination of FR4 PCB with Flex PCB. It is flexible in forms and shapes, many cosumer products, IOT products need this PCB in the products. But it is very high in the cost and it is complicated to make with very long lead times.
6. Electronic PCB Assembly and SMT Service
